शिधावाटप दुकानावर येथील धान्य काळ्या बाजारात विक्री करीत असल्याची तक्रार येथील ग्राहकांनी स्थानिक शिवसेना नगरसेवक दिलीप बारटक्के यांच्याकडे केली होती. या तक्रारीवरून बारटक्के यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली भा.वि. से. ठाणे उपशहर संघटक अमित लोटलिकर, हितेंद्र लोटलिकर, विजय औटी, निखील घाग, प्रदीप खटावकर, चंद्रकांत शिगवण, उपशाखाप्रमुख सुभाष घरत, सिद्धार्थ मोरे, संजय कदम, सर्व महिला कार्यकर्त्या व इतर शिवसैनिक यांनी दुकानावर धडक दिली शिवसैनिकांसोबत असलेल्या ग्राहकांनीही दुकानदाराला चोप दिला. ही घटना घडली त्यावेळी शिधावाटप निरीक्षक बोरकर हे देखील उपस्थित होते. त्यावेळी ग्राहकांनी दुकानदाराच्या तक्रारींचा पाढाच बोरकर यांच्यासमोर मांडला ग्राहकांशी उद्धट बोलणे, असभ्य वागणे त्याचप्रमाणे शिधावाटप दुकानाचा नामफलक दर्शनी भागात न लावता दुकानात कोपऱ्यात ठेवणे, अशा अनेक तक्ररी ग्राहकांनी केल्या त्यानंतर दुकानावर कडक कारवाई करण्याचे आश्वासन बोरकर यांनी दिले.
भविष्यातही अशा मुजोर व उद्धट शिधावाटप दुकानदारांविरोधात अशा प्रकारचे आंदोलन करण्याचा इशारा नगरसेवक दिलीप बारटक्के यांनी दिला आहे.
